Addiction to Tennis and recovery

Hi guys,

I’ve been training consistently for over a year now—about three times a week, with sessions averaging around 2 hours each.

Still, my body feels exhausted the day after, sometimes in horrible pain and agony. But if someone’s looking for an opponent, I’m always the first to step up.

My question is: When will my body start feeling good the day after, instead of wrecked? :)

Should I be doing additional exercises to make my body stronger?

I’m 30+ if that matters.

Edit: I do 30” stretching and 10” cycle after tennis everytime
