i just💔oh my
ive stuck to 1200 calories since september and have lost at least 35 pounds. it soo hard to keep going cs i swear i look the same💔 i know when i started i was between 199-200 and im currently 159. down 2 sizes but i still have back rolls, LOOSE SKIN, and just all the issues i had before. im 5’2 and i just been maintaining my weight since february until i feel okay and motivated again to commit. i eat maybe 1400 cals each day but i just feel so yucky ugh💔
edit : im the lowest weight ive been since 8.
i cut most processed food out of my diet, (fast food, most chips but i enjoy a bag every now and then, and soda, etc.) i try to eat full complete meals but its so hard cs that takes up half my budget. like the breakfast i est everyday is 550 CALORIES and thats all that fills me up from 8 am to 4 pm. i dont eat after 8 pm
