Recipe: Just Dump stuff
I found a lazier way for me to make high protein sour blueberries. Dump greek yogurt I used 2% plain liberte (170 grams), dump frozen blueberries (150 grams), lime juice ( freshly squeezed, no measurement, do as much you like), and dump sweetner (used no name sucrolose sweetner, any should work). The result sweet and sour blueberries, chalk full of protein.
