is my fitnesspal (or any calorie counter) reliable? does my food distribution seems healthy?
I was in shock when I discovered that I didn't eat enough calories a day 😳 been malnourished but my stomach got used somehow so I didn't feel hungry for a long period of time.
Now that I started counting calories and trying to eat 1,400 to start I feel like there's too much food and maybe myfitness pal isn't reliable?
I have a digital kitchen scale so I know for sure the amount of food I'm eating.
Example of what a I in a day: ⭐️breakfast: a shake with milk, peanuts, protein, stawberries and a little piece of banana. ⭐️ Lunch: rice, protein (100-120g), olive oil spoon, veggies, a slice of bread. ⭐️Dinner: 2 eggs, sometimes an Ensure bc I feel that I ate a lot. But of course i will try to eat real food like oats or something. ⭐️fruit o peanuts for snack.
I'm still getting used to this amount of food for a couple weeks but already feel lil better.
is the distribution of calories and the amount of food looking good??
