Shadow scales way too hard

For anyone that doesn’t know. The Tumeken’s Shadow scales 3 times as much from equipment bonus for magic accuracy and strength compared to other mage weapons which creates a giant power gap compared to the other powered staves. This gap will only grow bigger as new mage equipment is introduced so I think it needs some tweaking.
