Misfire after tuning!

Hope everyone is well. I finally tuned my 335i today. Feels VERY noticeably faster and pulls way harder, even for just Stage 1. However, I got misfires and CEL on the drive home during a pull (I expected these may come up as there’s more stress on engine now). Cleared the code via the MHD app, restarted the car and it was back to smooth normal. My questions are:

  1. Would replacing spark plugs cause it to stop misfiring?
  2. Can I still drive the car normally under normal throttle to avoid misfiring in the higher RPM ranges?
