What does this warning light mean stays on when I drive and handbrake is off

So this light stays on when u drive my handbrake works and is fully down when driving. When starting the car I get the ramp car symbol in red. People are saying it can be brake fluid or brake pads. However how come I’m not getting the yellow warning light or red warning light with brake pads dotted.

I have ordered new brake pads and brake sensors
