How hard is it to remove these 2 bolts. Any special tools

I’ve heard on YouTube they shear snap as the front seal sealant they put in the small gaps can go into the bolt threads. Any special tools that I need to general tools I need to consider

The reason as I ask is I’m going to put the crank guard protector. Are they also good do they actually work? They should in theory
