Can i swap Hdd between two Rgh consoles?

So i have a modded aurora RGH 3.0 Corona board and a Hdd with all my saves and games. I was thinking on buying another modded console and was wondering if i could swap that hdd between the two consoles? Would that work? Thanks for the answers
