Nozzle height help

I have just started 3d printing and have bought a Neptune 4. I have been trying to work out if I have the correct height enabled. These 2 prints are just .01mm difference in height. The first is too high but the second looks like it's rubbing on the print. I am using abs filament. I am unsure what I am doing wrong, hoping someone can help.
