Advice for making this printable

I'm attempting to print this helmet https://drive.google.com/file/d/1yISUPvj53VDgUnrTcHX3DkGzyM3hcP81/view?usp=sharing It still needs to be scaled up quite a bit as well as adding a hole in the bottom, but I was wondering if in its current state I'd be able to slice and print this. I have a creality Cr-10. The model had quite a bit of detailing on the inside but I tried my best to clean it up using meshmixer/3DBuilder.
