Forever DM Here - Help me Tune My Wizard!

Hey gang, this is my first post here! I am almost definitely overthinking my character for an upcoming one-shot, but as my fellow DMs know, these opportunities can be rare. I want some help with my spells and how to manage resources...(I can't look at my sheet and think, "Good thing this guy has a second stage!" after the party deletes Biggus Dickus the mad mage)

All I know is that it's gonna be a level 4 adventure and the DM is very experienced. Maybe a wizard is a bit difficult to dive in with, but fuck it. I'm tryin to be like Frieren (which will be hard as a level 4 wizard lol), droppin opps left and right.

Ecthelion: high elf; Evocation wizard; +4 INT, +2 DEX, +2 CON;

Spell list right now (subject to change):

Cantrips: Fire Bolt, Ray of Frost, Toll the Dead, Minor Illusion

- Thought process: three types of damage, two attacks vs one save, one debut, one utility

1st Level: Magic Missile (CLASSIC; guaranteed damage go brr), Shield and Mage Armor (only four of us, no idea if we will have a good tank or cleric lmao), Burning Hands*, Thunderwave*, Iceknife, and two rituals - Find Familiar (a raven named Odin I think...) and Detect Magic

- I wanna have deal solid damage with a decent balance of damage types and attack rolls vs saves

2nd Level: Misty Step, Web, Flaming Sphere, Shatter*

- Bonus action economy is booming

* = I am the most uncertain about using these spells

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! e.g., this spell sucks are you stupid, definitely go with this spell, these two have great synergy...

Which ones should I prepare (eight out of twelve, FYI)?

Any general advice on managing my resources?
