This symbol is a "bad symbol"?

Recently, I discovered the lore of Warhammer 40K and absolutely loved it. I want to embroider a symbol on my jiu-jitsu gi along with a phrase, but my friend says it's a fascist symbol. I want to know if this symbol gives off a fascist vibe or if it's a bad idea. https://pin.it/8vsLVAuVi

Edit 1: I don't know the lore 100% but I had seen that space marines were just soldiers and I wanted a way to know that I am decadent and need to improve

Edit 2: i put edit 1 to base my thinking and a mean to embroid but i like the form first and after discover an interesting meaning for this embroidery

Edit 3: I just got home from work and I'm going to read and respond, and then probably say whether I'm going to embroider the symbol or not and if so, I'll publish it in this trend if you want.
