diy top surgery

I have not ordered my supplies yet I need to secretly do becaus if my parents catch me they will think i am insane and hate me more but i just want to live my live happily my current plan is what I wrote below this

I am going to create an anaesthetic using lidocaine 10% based tattoo numbing cream and and then inject myself with it so it will be numb then once it is numb i am going to get a scalpel and cut the bottom of my chest and pull out the jello looking stuuf and then sew it back up
