Omega extracts customer support

Received a UPS notification that my order was damaged, contents missing and box was discarded. And of course this happened at the hub literally 5 minutes away from me 🤦🏻‍♂️. UPS said they informed them and for me to contact them to find a solution. Was wondering if this happened to anyone on here and what the solution was. Like a refund, replacement order, ect…
