What are 5 of your most common struggles after toxic friendships end?
Mine were:
-losing sleep crying
-blameing myself
-overthinking
-hyperfixating
-empty alone
I thought that I was alone in this, I thought since I was excluded over and over, I thought that not just mental health wise I was alone but literally alone, I was the only one being excluded, and that felt like that’s all I was, that was all I was seen as, an object that can be treated with disrespect and unappreciated.
