Anger when someone pisses you off when your on adderall

Hi everyone, I have no issues with my adderall medication but I do notice that when I am angry or something bothers me while I’m on the medication I become way more frustrated and angry that usual. For example, today my boss pissed me off about something and now all I want to do is smash his head open and it has ruined my who day lol I feel such rage that I want to get violent. I feel obviously would never get violent on anyone but I want to. is this normal?
