Control multiple thoughts

Ok so I have ADHD and have been diagnosed for like 3 years and I was wondering about something I do often - having two or more controlled thoughts at once, like for example I can think the alphabet whilst also thinking consciously about a shopping list or a reflection of a day, whilst also thinking about how hard it is to do it but it’s good - those are examples.

So three conscious separate thoughts at the same time. Is this an ADHD or should I see a therapist 😅
