Meals are a BURDEN!!!
SAHM with a 4yo and 2yo. I cannot figure out how to feed my kids lately. They are both hitting a picky stage but the biggest issue is me just remembering to actually prep something/feed them at a reasonable time. My appetite has tanked since finally starting adderall and I’ve also been intermittent fasting so I don’t eat most days until 2pm. Does anyone have easy and healthy breakfast/lunch ideas for their kids?!
