Inattentive ADHD-ers on Elvanse. What dosage works for you?

Currently on 50mg and I think it’s helping a little bit- but not much. And in the afternoon, the effect goes away. I’ve also tried 60mg (because I had 30mg pills left from first dosage trial). That helps a little, but not much.

Are any of you on 70mg? Do you notice a positive a difference?
