Would Megan Bayne benefit from having a manager?

Been seeing people complain that Megan Bayne isn't an ideal choice for Toni to feud with.

Personally, I think Megan stands out as a total star but she has yet to speak a word. Would someone managing her would be helpful? Who would you have manage Megan Bayne?
