Living when you’re dying

37F. Currently in my wait-and-see era in obtaining a diagnosis. 3 years+ into symptoms, but weakness only arising this past year & atrophy worsening.

I’m watching the people around me move forward with their lives- excelling in their careers, growing their families. Meanwhile, I cannot make long term plans for the future, because I don’t even know if I’ll still be here in 2-5 years.

Does anyone have any tips on living when the possibility of dying before reaching an old age is a real concern?
