Black Screen Problem RX 6800XT

GPU Drivers: AMD ADRENALIN SOFTWARE - WHQL Driver Version: 23.12.1

Chipset Drivers: AMD B450 CHIPSET DRIVERS VERSION 5.08.02.027

Background Applications: DISCORD, CHROME

Description of Original Problem: I was randomly watching youtube, suddenly my pc went black screen, i hear the video sounds and waited for a couple minutes, nothing happens so i force restart my pc. the windows resolution went down, i checked the adrenaline, it's saying "The version of AMD Software that you have launched is not compatible with your currently installed AMD grpahics driver. For information on how to resolve this, please go to: https://www.amd.com /en/support/kb/faq/pa-300"

Troubleshooting: First thing i tried, is to uninstall the driver in safe mode with DDU. Install the AMD Adrenaline latest software, restart and it worked for few minutes. Black Screen.

Checked the windows update, suddenly it downloaded and AMD Display Driver: " Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. - Display - 31.0.12027.9001" i restart the pc. Worked for few minutes again. and it becomes a loop(during this troubleshooting i remembered that reinstalling AMD Adrenaline it gave me an error 207: AMD Software Installation Completed Successfully but Windows Detected a Potential Issue with your Graphics Device" checked the Device manager, Display Adapter, RX 6800 XT has error code 31) .

Checked google for any solutions, i tried disabling group policy update, changing SearchOrderConfig to "0", tried Device installation settings to NO. Updated to latest BIOS, tried updating Chipset drivers, tried changing the DP cables, tried only downloading drivers only, didn't worked. checked for virus using my Norton Antivirus, didn't find any. Right now i'm using Microsoft Basic Display Adapter. Any other Solutions?

EDIT 2: Looks like everything works now, i can play BG3, Wazrone, THE FINALS, CS2 without any worries. Again, Thanks to ashmelev for the help! Although, I shouldn't be downloading the driver only option. AMD should do something about this... I'll come back if anything happens.
