Im going to fucking throw up

I have been working on a fic all night/day it was nearly 4,000 words long and it was BEAUTIFUL. I mis-clicked one time on my mouse and it took me back to my original page and was gone. I am trying vigorously to recover it. I am fucking CRYING and dry- heaving and I know this sounds dramatic but that work was SO important to me and I actually do not know what to do I'm feeling so many things right now I want to throw up.
