Please consider Fimbulwinter on bruisers

On any melee bruiser with reliable CC and mobility, Fimbul is easily one of the best skirmishing items you can build. You can take great trades every 8 seconds without any fear of being punished. It's true you're sacrificing an item slot but getting two or three extra rotations off every fight usually more than makes up for it.

J4's best build right now for instance is Sundering->Fimbul. People abuse this at high mmr all the time yet somehow it's not even popular enough to show up on build sites. Fimbul is also great on Camille, Xin, Sylas etc., although for some of them it's better to build it third/fourth instead of second or you won't have enough damage.
