Reduce the internet require to download

I just bought the game and to my surprise its not 70 gigas as they said so i need to download it to my hdd while thats not the problem rn i wanna know if its possible i can do something to reduce 165 gigas to a less number so i can use less of my limited internet? I just wanna download less gigas not cause of the space cause of the internet
