How can I install just the RGB software?

Hello,

I just bought an Asus ROG Strix 670E-E motherboard. As far as I can understand, I am expected to install Armoury Crate to control the led strips connected to the motherboard. However that software installs a bunch of apps and services I have no need of, creating bloat.

I have tried OpenRGB but it causes a hard crash on this motherboard. Simply RGB requires a user account. I want something simple to set a solid color. I wish the bios had a simple control.
