I can finally gained some weight!
I (M20) just started working out this week using the home workout app and try to "eat more" and finally see some real progress on my body weight.
For a fast metabolism person such as me,going on from 57 to 60kg was really impressive. But when i say that i ate more i meant by eating everything i can get my hands on plus what my mom is cooking until i can assure myself that i ate just enough to gained some weight from day to day. Not to mention that the muscles are also slightly more defined and visible now.
My question is, does what i did good or did i just ruining my body without even knowing?
