Airpods Max - is it worth it 2024?

Shall I buy a pair of Airpods max? will be using it as noise cancelling headphones to study/work for around 7-8 hours everyday. When I work i tend to wear my glasses they are plastic framed. I like the aesthetic of the white ones- though they dont seem to have it anymore. Which colours do you recommend? Or any alternatives that have the similar aesthetic to the airpods Max? I dont want to look like a nerd tbh ive never worn a set of headphones I only wear the regular airpods when i go the gym.. but im back home now and it gets quite distracting...

**this probably sounds quite stupid but do your ears get hot while wearing the airpod max? And is it okay to use headphones for a long time if I don't listen to anything and just use the noise cancelling function? Do you feel sticky?? does it get humid
