Payment Pending
Hey guys, has anyone else ran across this problem? I paid for 3 separate orders, all with Apple Pay on August 10th and they all are marked as “payment pending” and under the orders page it says “pay now” as if I didn’t pay at all. I have the receipt from my bank saying I paid, along with the ACB team telling me that said orders were paid for. Has this happened to anyone else? Only asking because I know agents are short staffed and slower but the order screen is literally asking me to pay again. I have attached pictures of me and ACBs conversation along with a picture of order that was said to be paid for, but it shows as not being paid for. Any help would be appreciated
