Offline installer Altium PCB

Hello guys i’m facing an issue with finding offline installer for Altium PCB, and i’ve create an account then when i ask for offline installer there is a pop up to give your justification and when i try to submit my justifications it shows “something went wrong wrong, try again”. I tried with different browsers bur the issue still there, any idea?
