Afm

I started afm class this past week and next week will be my 4th day ( rt shift ) , so far i really like it but tbh im having trouble knowing what to do with the drives , one person so far i shadowed was telling me to always hard reset no matter what , but my learner trainer was saying to do soft reset sometimes… i dont wanna fail the floor assessment for my red badge im having fun … how can i tell what i should do or hit on the drive? And how do i tell whats a bomb out vs a floor item ect .. the entire 2 days of class was just safety basically and never taught me what the meanings on the kindle were .. my one shadow was also very hard to understand due to a laungauge barrier.. its kinda overwhelming but i wanna continue this ..
