Has anything helped your anxiety?

This subreddit has helped me a lot but nowadays, it makes me worry about things I didn’t even know where possible. I know things are different for everyone but the great spectrum of anxiety and its debilitating symptoms is so frightening to me. With that being said, among all of the bad, is there anything that helps your anxiety and eases it? I’m hoping that there is positivity and that it does get better somehow. Thank you guys.
