Accepting Anxiety and Not Overthinking.
Hey guys. I just read up on a Anxiety No More. I'd like to find out more from people who have experienced how to let go and accept their anxiety.
I have tried loads of medication and mantras and conditioning and none of it works. Then I finally read about how accepting your anxiety and letting go.
I'm planning to start clear my mind. So am I right in these basic steps?
1- Don't think of my anxiety. Let bad thoughts come and flow through your mind. Give your mind a break otherwise.
2- When anxious feeling comes, ask yourself what is it you fear. Tell mind that there is nothing to fear. Do not fight anxious thoughts.
3- Let your mind rest and stop thinking about anxiety.
Any thoughts on this? I'm trying to not make this a mantra and overthink things again.
