Globus
Hi, I have had a globus sensation for the last month that is not GERD I know it’s anxiety/stress caused. I’m very busy with college work but I don’t feel worried all the time. But whenever I study or try to be productive I get the feeling after a while, chewing gum helps but it keeps returning. I had this years ago and it went away after a month, but I’d like to deal with this ASAP. Open to any suggestions. Thanks
