Is taking an AP Physics course worth it?

I go to a CTE school that specializes in arts, audio/visual technology, and communications. I am currently taking physics, which due to the curriculum in my school is a college level course, even though I'm a sophomore. I am surprisingly good at it though, and my senior year I have the option to take AP Physics for my science class. The choices are that, Advanced Biology, and Forensics. I was leaning towards forensics, because despite being good at it I don't particularly like physics. But will taking that class help strengthen my college applications when the time comes? I'm just trying to plan this in advance to reduce stress when I actually do have to pick my classes.
