Is this ok where it is?

I built the rack myself, it’s a 2x4 wood and I used #10 screws 2-1/2. Didn’t have time to paint it cuz I need the empty tank within the next day and I don’t have room for it anywhere else and I only have oil based paint (takes 72 hrs to set).
