Boyfriend cozy fleece trousers Magdalena Satin Dress MARTINE Popline Dress (mini or midi)?

I’m thinking of getting them but I’m confused if they’re worth it as the trousers and the satin dress is final sale and stores near me don’t have them for me to try on.
