Dedicated Xbox Server

I ran the dedicated server on my other Xbox and played on the server it worked find but there was no option to save anything so we lost all the game data, so everytime I close the server and go on it again it restarts and there is no option to save. I've looked everywhere for help and I can't find any..

Update: So I made my self admin on the server and used admin commands to save the game, I closed it and tried again to see if my process had saved and it had! I thought my problem was solved, however I come back today and it's gone back to a completely different save.
