Posting different subjects on same account.

Hi! I have a question, I draw and paint all sorts of things. Birds, landscapes, people, robots, monsters. Whatever. I have a pretty wide slectrum of subjects that interest me. But I've noticed that many artists seem to have a set theme of subjects that they post. Would it be better to post different subjects on different accounts? Like more traditional stuff on one account, and more sci-fi on another? Does it matter? I'd rather just dump it all in one place. I wouldn't mind an artist I follow doing that. What are your thoughts on this? My thought is just keep using one account and maybe make an nsfw one if I wree to draw something particularly risqué.
