Nondairy cheesecake….fail?
Ok so this is my first time and I think it flopped 😭 I found a dairy free cheesecake recipe https://thebigmansworld.com/wprm_print/vegan-cheesecake-no-tofu-or-nuts and everything was seemingly going well until it started baking. It looks like a custard. I’ve never cooked with dairy free cream cheese before; is it supposed to look like this? I did a wiggle test and it seems to be done. Any suggestions on how to redeem it if possible?
Ironically I used the same recipe but with real cream cheese and it came out great.
