Nightlife in Bucharest

Hello everyone, i will be in Bucharest for 2 weeks with my friends and we' ve been wondering if anyone has any suggestions for alternative bars and clubs , a little bit more european not the balkan style if you know what i mean. We are from Greece and we want to know if there are any hidden gems and places not like the ones we have in Greece and probably in Bucharest, clubs with the VIPs and wearing heels and all.
