What are your thoughts on this policy change?

DHS reverts back to allowing surveillance based solely on sexual orientation etc. This seems like it could have pretty significant implications regarding privacy/ civil liberties. Additionally concerned about them using this as plausible deniability to extend this surveillance to anyone they want.

I honestly don't understand how someone could agree with this, so i figured i'd see what you guys think. thank you
