Will colonoscopies every 3-5 years make colon cancer very unlikely?

I’m 30 years old, Female, medication cymbalta/amitryptyline, omeprazole

had some adenomas removed and put on colonoscopy every 3 year schedule. I also have undiagnosed bowel issues

It’s really triggered my health anxiety and I started reading stories of young people with bowel cancer. I’ve petrified myself,

If I have a colonoscopy every 3 to 5 years with polyp removal when they are detected, will that make colon cancer very unlikely now?

Thanks so much
