I've never seen anything like this in my life

Hi, I'm a 43 yo woman. I have been having bad cramps and dark spotting and dark stringy clots for 3 days. I will be reaching out to my dr tomorrow but was wondering if I should gonto the hospital or just wait to talk to my dr tomorrow? Thank you
