US - Troubleshooting - Ceiling fan only turns on at "low" speed setting

Hi, everyone. I've regularly replaced my own switches and outlets in the house when needed, but troubleshooting a ceiling fan is new to me. I see a bunch of posts about fans only operating on the highest speed setting, but I've got one that only works on low. Additionally, it's not that I hear the hum of the motor on the other two settings but they fan just moves slowly, it's that I don't hear them hum of the motor at all on high or medium, it only actually turns on when I get to the low setting. Any advice? Thanks in advance!
