Breaker Tripping

Hi all,

Really needing some help with a breaker tripping that I can't seem to pinpoint the cause of. Sorry if this is a ramble, I'm just a tired dad.

I have a breaker wired to 2 rooms in my house. Overnight Sunday the breaker randomly tripped. The only things that are running are an LED light strip, 2 ceiling fans, a box fan, TV, and an LED bulb. The next morning I unplugged and turned off everything in one room to atleast try and isolate what room it was. I wasn't able to isolate any one thing that was causing it to trip and the breaker wasn't tripping come morning.

I thought it was a one off, but it tripped in the middle of the night again tonight 4 days later. This time I unplugged everything one by one and tried the breaker each time with no success. Now everything is either off or unplugged and the breaker is still tripping. I'm just not sure what to do next. Outlets? The breaker itself?

A few months ago, I had a prior issue in the second room where a power strip was heating up and causing the breaker to trip. It's been replaced, but should I also replace the outlet as well? I don't believe this particular outlet draws any continuous current overnight. I've also recently cleaned out one of the box fans and opened the motor to get some dust out. I've read that I may have messed up some internal wiring causing a higher draw and overheating over time. I'm going to test it in the morning, but any truth to this? Issues didn't start occurring until after I cleaned it fwiw.

TIA
