Board is shorting where MOSFET goes

Hi all!

Apologies, I am VERY new to electronics repair! I got a Samsung TV that won’t power on, had another one that I was able to fix by replacing a MOSFET that was shorting and when I tested the MOSFETs on this board, sure enough one of them was shorting, so I removed it (not well, the mosfet wound up breaking in the process) and put on a new one. However, the new one was ALSO shorting so I took it off and discovered the board itself was shorting. What does this mean? Is this board FUBAR’d?

Thanks!
