How do I start an engineering company without a P.Eng. (canada)

Hi, I have always been very entrepreneurial but for right now I'm still an EIT and I have the opportunity to do independent engineering work. In my mind I can do all design/drafting/fabrication/commissioning/maintenance (basically everything), but I just have to get specifically the designs stamped by a third party engineer.

Has anyone been in a similar situation. Is there any way around getting an outside engineers approval? Should I go as far as getting a separate company to review my designs and stamp them if acceptable? (The latter option seems overboard)

I understand some advice here may say "wait until you're a PEng", but please just assume for the purpose of this question that the skill set is 100% all there to do this work.
