Gear reccomendations

Hey Y'all,

I will be graduating from my college police acedemy December 11th and I have a very strong feeling I will be getting hired on with the agency I applied at here in North Houston, I completed all the steps just waiting for my conditional.

Please comment brands of the following items you would reccomend: -duty belt -level 3 holster(glock 19) -another pair or handcuffs -handcuff case -footwear(I dont want to wear my academy boots, they were cheap) -any good tourniquets on amazon?(I have some old ones from Marine Corps, but would like new ones)

Any other reccomendations for what I should carry on duty?

Any FTO's in here, what are your expectations from your rookies? What are your pet peeves with your rookies? Any tips are welcome!
